Ms. Sun was a female engineer with more than 20 years of experience in electrical engineering. Unfortunately, after the project was completed, the company could not hire her as an engineer because she did not have a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license. A P.Eng. license is the only standard in Canada for professional engineers to practice and is required for all jobs in engineering fields.
